Yes. To keep things simple for students, all essential utilities—including water, electricity, gas, and high-speed Wi-Fi—are included in your monthly rent. There are no surprise bills to manage.

How close is the house to the Boise State campus?

The Agate House is located less than a mile from campus (approximately 0.8 miles), making it an easy 3 minute drive, 18-minute walk or a quick 8-minute bike ride to your classes and university events.

Is the house furnished or unfurnished?

The house is fully furnished, so you don’t have to worry about the hassle of moving heavy furniture. Common areas and bedrooms are move-in ready, allowing you to focus entirely on your studies.

What appliances are available for resident use?

The house features a fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators to ensure everyone has plenty of space for groceries. It also includes an in-unit washer and dryer and dishwasher for your convenience.

Is there on-site parking available?

Yes, we provide free on-site parking for our residents. You won't need to worry about searching for street parking or paying for a separate parking pass at the house.
